Raya time....

Perjalanan balik from Kuala Lumpur (my parent's house) to Kota Bharu took me almost 6 hours of driving. We only stop at "Hentian Rehat & Rawat" in Gua Musang. Along the way, nak cari kedai makan agak sedikit susah. Maklumlah, 1st raya siapalah nak berniaga. So that's why dah ambil langkah awal minta mak bungkuskan roti sardin gulung (sardine roll) untuk bekalan perjalanan sebagai musafir... This sardine roll yang dibuat oleh ibu sendiri memang sedap dan tak pernah ubah rasanya since I was a small boy. That's why I would prefer my mom yang buat and not us. So, tak sampai Gua Musang, sardine roll pun dah masuk dlm perut. So, once dah stop kat Gua Musang, tak makan pun. Hanya stretching tulang sikit, lenguh.
Then meneruskan perjalanan. First stop after GM was at Kok Lanas. Rumah my wife's uncle (Ayah Ngah). So, our first hidangan hari raya korban adalah satay (gambar di atas hanya hiasan). Sebenarnya lebih kurang gambar tu juga la. Alhamdulillah, memang kenyang. To make d long story short, we head back to KB, rumah parent-in-law (also my parent ler).


2nd day of hari raya, nasi dagang kelantan menjadi santapan seharian. Specially made by mom-in-law. And again, hasil buatan tangan ibu-ibu ni, memang tak dinafikan kesedapannya. I've been tried to a lot of kedai yg jual nasi dagang. nothing can be compared to her product. Memang sedap (gambar hiasan sajer tu...tak sempat nak ambil gambar sendiri). So for those yg tidak pernah beraya di kawasan Kelantan ni, these 2 items consider mcm cultural food to be served during raya season. However, it's not only limit to these 2 items. Sebenarnya banyak lagi. Since this is my blog, so I story la apa yg i rasa nak story... :) Esok 3rd day of raya, tak tau apa yg akan ditatapi lagi untuk perut. Whatever it is, stay in the current situation because tomorrow holds nothing for us except hope. Till my fingers meet this keyboard again....
